Arun Rajaram, M.D.

Arun Rajaram, M.D., was born and raised in New Jersey, and is thrilled to be practicing in the Garden State. He is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery using today’s most advanced techniques.

After growing up in New Jersey, Dr. Rajaram headed to the nation’s capital for his undergraduate and medical education at The George Washington University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Following his undergraduate years, he earned his medical degree with distinction, and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society in Washington, DC.

Dr. Rajaram went to Yale University for his orthopedic surgery residency, and then completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston, Texas. His fellowship training in the largest medical center in the world, The Texas Medical Center, afforded Dr. Rajaram with tremendous experience in treating patients with the most advanced techniques in sports medicine. During his fellowship, he also gained phenomenal experience while serving as Assistant Team Physician for multiple professional teams, including the Houston Texans, Houston Rockets, Houston Astros, and Houston Dynamo.

He also enjoys teaching orthopaedic residents the knowledge he has gained over the years through clinical work, as well as multiple research publications and presentations at national orthopedic conferences.

Dr. Rajaram is dedicated to caring for his patients with a great deal of compassion, expertise, and cutting-edge techniques. His goal is to help his patients return to their favorite activities, and back to their lives.
