Dr Fahimi and staff are very kind. Dr. Fahimi is very thorough and never made me worry about myself or family. He answers all of my questions and never rushes! I will never go to another ortho.

I made an appointment early in the week for Friday. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the time. I got three emails and one phone call to confirm the date and time. Three hours before my appointment I get a call that I needed to come in one hour early because the doctor was catching a flight. I called the office 20 minutes later because they were having an issue with my insurance and the new receptionist told me I mown had to come in two hours early. I am a new patient and I have to wonder how good the care would be if the front office staff doesn’t know when the doctor is in or out and depending on who you talk to they have conflicting information.

As has always been for many years of care and treatment, Dr. Fahimi is a concerned professional. He takes his time on every visit, listening and responding to what the issue is. Conservative treatment, excellent results and advice on how to manage my arthritic knees manages my pain. Beyond his care, the office staff are all kind and efficient. I can't say enough about the overall quality of everyone in this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Fahimi since 2010. He was the only Dr. that knew and felt comfortable repairing my hip labrum. Even the highly recommended Drs in Hackensack told me they weren’t experienced with it. I would never go to anyone other than him, even for referrals for other concerns. My husband and all family are patients of Dr Fahimi as well. His staff is amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable, know you by name, go out of their way for customer service. A+ outstanding staff, I’ve never seen any better. Dr Fahimi shoots straight, gives you his honest opinion and that is priceless. Erin Grasso

The staff that work at front are very friendly, but Dargw Arce, is very kind, she was always by my side supporting me in the process. I loved the doctor because he explained my condition and the procedure to follow. He made me feel confortable and trust him. It’s very important for me to trust the doctor who takes care of my health. I recommend it 💯. Thank you all!!! 🙏

Dr. Fahimi is simply the best orthopedic surgeon in the area. He has treated many of my friends and coworkers with excellent care and great results . I recently had surgery on my right hip labrum and I am recovering well and I couldn’t be happier with his treatment.

The front office treat patient with respect and Dr. Fahimi has an excellent bedside manner. He take his time explaining your diagnosis and gives you options.

Although you should be prepared for a wait when you come to this office, the reason is that they give patients a lot of personal attention. The doctors truly care about their patients and don’t just care about their paycheck. They take time to help you find pain relief, give you answers to your questions, and are highly experienced in many forms of orthopedic surgeon. They believe in more than just surgery and pills, and are highly supportive of seeking physical therapy. I love my doctor there.

Be prepared to spend HOURS there.
Appointment times are clearly disregarded as on all 3 occasions, I arrived 5 minutes early, signed in and then waited over 45 minutes before seeing a doctor each time.
Astoundingly unprofessional with no regard to people's time.
On 4/25, my appointment was for 10:15am. I sat in the waiting room for 43 minutes. Unacceptable.
When asked what was going on, reason given was 'he is busy'. I was then brought into the exam room and waited another 25 minutes before the doctor arrived. Unacceptable.
So my 10:15 appointment, which lasted 21 minutes, started 68 minutes late. Unacceptable.
Staff completely ignores people in waiting room.
A fine example of purposely overbooking and/or horrific time management with no remorse. Just keep the $$$$$$ rolling in though, I guess.
Embarrassing medical office.
